Infantry packs usually contain 8 pieces. This will either be 8 figures in three poses or eight castings of crew and weapon.
Mortar packs usually have two mortars and six crew figures. This gives enough for two bases of mortars.
HMG packs contain 3 gunners with guns , three loaders and 2 others such as NCO.s This gives enough for three bases of HMGs.

Dutch
The Dutch fought for a short time in WW2 but they did fight hard.  Use the Italian 47mm for the AT guns.
