We ship direct to anywhere in the world.

Firstly, thanks for ordering from us.
We will get your order out as soon as possible.
An order which contains books and figures may go out in two separate packages.

Basic pack price is £2.30 (effective from June 1st 2008)
 for 8 Infantry or 4 Cavalry.

We can alter the pack contents , cost = £2.70 per pack.
(this means we can alter the ratio of poses in the pack NOT create a mixed pack)

The option of customizing packs and ordering individual figures is not available via our online shopping system.

Please telephone before ordering if you wish to order any non-standard items.

Scenery Buildings

Show Orders
If you send us your show order  1 week before the show,  with the correct code, we will bring it to the show and give you a 10% discount. Of course the order is pre packaged for the show and cannot therefore be changed unless the 10% is given up...hope this sounds a good offer! (obviously it only applies to conventions when we bring along the Peter Pig trade stand, not when we visit a show as a gamer, visitor or the Peter Pig Presence is a stockist!)

Promotion codes are available on the Shows page with instructions for using shopping cart. Please choose correct shipping option and use the current code to receive discount.

Cheques. Please make your cheques payable to M Goddard. Peter Pig does not have his own account. Payment by cheque will slow down your order as we now wait for cheques to clear before sending out orders and only bank cheques twice a month.

Credit or Debit Cards. Please ensure you let us have your full credit card number, expiry date and three digit security code.

We also accept Paypal via the shopping cart.

"Ltd" status
You may see Ltd after the company name of many UK companies. The US equivalent is LLC. Luckily for you Peter Pig is not a limited company.
You need to be aware of the following in these times of potential recession and business failures.
Limited companies exist so that the owners can declare the business bankrupt if things get tough but take no responsibility themselves. This means they can close the business down and take your money and you have no come-back as you would be a long way down the list of creditors. This is why people make their company limited ; to "limit" any liabilities to the company and not themselves. 
Peter Pig is not a limited company therefore you are much safer in your transactions as we take personal liability.

We are open from 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday,but there is no phone in the workshop (to avoid dropping hot metal or spoiling the timing on a precious new mould).

We value your business so please leave a message on the answer phone which will be collected the following morning. If you are in a real hurry and don't like to shop on-line, then 1st class post and a cheque works just as well.

Add 10% of order value for orders under £80.

Postage charges for online purchases fall into price bands and not by percentage.

On some occasions you may be charged more than the percentage cost of your order and sometimes less.

 Minimum Postage £2.50
Free postage on UK orders over £80

Postage to Europe = 20% of order value. Minimum £3

Postage to Poland is a  flat rate of £35.We have to use a carrier to avoid the many losses of packages to Poland in the past year.

Other Airmail (ie the rest of the world) 25% of order value. Minimum £3
