Firstly, thanks for
ordering from us.
We will get your order out as soon as possible.
The confirmation email from the
shopping cart asks for two weeks to prepare your order which allows us
unpacking time between conventions and unforeseen delays.
We are often able to send your order much quicker.
Show Orders
How ? Order via the shopping cart
and we will package it up
and bring it along.
(Email orders
no longer accepted as they get overlooked in the large amounts of mail and we do
not sweep for messages once we get busy with show preparation)
If you have time during the day, check over your order and let us know of any
errors before we all go home.
When ? At least a week before the show date if your order is to be guaranteed to be ready. Resin items especially take time to prepare.
Discount ? You get a 10% discount on
the
order (no minimum size) if you use the appropriate code. See Shows page.
Promo code for orders to collect is available
until each Monday noon (PP time) before the convention.
After this time we are crating
stock for transport and shopping cart remains unsupervised (your order
will be too late).
Placing the order online after Monday noon is technically possible but
will not be seen by the humans who download and package !
Members of any host club can assume a 20% discount on pre orders for
their own convention. Please inform us of this after placing your order
and we can adjust the discount already deducted automatically.
Payment ? Cart will give option of Paypal or credit/debit
card.
Please submit credit card details with order and contact us
immediately
if you prefer to pay in cash at the show
- we can halt the
manual processing of your card payment and not even download your card
details.
Paypal Express excludes opportunity to amend delivery address so each
convention now has its own identifiable code.
Individual codes also
prohibits gamers placing orders to collect at shows which we do not
attend....!
Remember to use the individual promotion code to get 10% discount and choose the "Do not mail" option to avoid shipping charges.

We are open from 9am to 5pm , Monday to Friday, but there is no phone in the workshop (to avoid dropping hot metal or spoiling the timing on a precious new mould).
We value your business so please leave a message ( one is enough) on the answer phone which will be collected the following weekday morning.
Post and Packaging - please choose carefully
Add 10% of order value for UK orders under
£80. Minimum Postage £2.60
Free postage on UK orders over £80
Postage to Europe = 20% of order value. Minimum £3
Postage to Poland is a flat rate of £35. We have to use a carrier to avoid the many losses of packages to Poland in the past year.
Other Airmail (ie the rest of the world) 25% of order value. Minimum £3
Postage charges for online purchases fall into price bands and not by percentage.
On some occasions you may be charged more than the percentage cost of your order and sometimes less.
Please let us know if you wish to add a forgotten item to your order and if it has not already been mailed you can order with the PPHQ -OK'd option.

The option of customizing packs is not available via our online shopping system.
It is a service we are happy to provide within a larger order and requires confirmation by email first.

"Ltd" status
You may see Ltd after the company name of many UK companies. The US
equivalent is LLC. Luckily for you Peter Pig is not a limited company.
You need to be aware of the following in these times of potential
recession and business failures.
Limited companies exist so that the owners can declare the business
bankrupt if things get tough, but take no responsibility themselves. This
means they can close the business down and take your money and you have
no come-back as you would be a long way down the list of creditors. This
is why people make their company limited ; to "limit" any liabilities to
the company and not themselves.
Peter Pig is not a limited company therefore you are much safer
in your transactions as we take personal liability.
