"Conquerors and Kings" Ancients
This range is intended to cover complete ancient armies so that players can build their desired forces. It does not expand at the same rate as our largest ranges but it does receive new figures. Figures are in packs of 8(4 cavalry)
The Conquerors and kings rules use the "square bashing" system. Battles take about 1.5 hours and use about 20 units per side. We have had great fun playing these. There are loads of optional rules included along with orders of battle for about 20 or so armies!

Imperial Romans |

| This is the army with discipline and equipment
that few could match. it can fight against the Parthians or the
Germans. Te Roman figures on foot come with separate shields. The
designs are raised in relief so that all the shields will look
the same and be easy to paint. The Roman range is based on 110 AD armies. This means they are wearing the traditional Segmenta lorica armour. The auxilliaries wear chain mail. The Legionaries have separate shields in order top give units the "almost regular" look. |
