The Wars of the Roses
The Wars of
the Roses represent the highest point of medieval armour and technology.
The armies usually fought on foot.
The battles were characterised by massive amounts of archery followed by bloody melee.
The rules are called "Bloody Barons" and
cost £14.

| Scenario. The defender has a range of 4 hills spread across the 12" line. The attacker deploys each of his units 4D6 inches in from his own base line. The game only lasts 4 turns. Each hill occupied at the game end is worth a D6+2 victory points. Disputed hills go to neither side. | ||
