Peter Pig probably attends more shows
than any other wargaming company. Usually about 30 a year! This is
because we want to meet our customers, support the hobby and let gamers
try our products before they buy. When we put a game on it is always
participation.
You can meet the Peter Pig team at
shows . These are the team that design, produce, package and use the
products.
The Peter Pig team attend many shows,
mostly in the UK. At these shows we usually have a participation game on
the go, so that you can see the rules and figures in action and take part.
This allows you to judge the products before you buy. If we don't have a
game with us it's usually because the show does not have space for us to
do a game. (yup!) At most shows we have new products , so it is
always worth visiting the Peter Pig stand.
Stock at Shows
Our van cannot hold all of our ranges anymore. This is good for
choice but means that we cannot have the full range of products at each
show. SO...............
Many ranges including Renaissance, Sci Fi, ACW Naval , resin models and Western will not be brought
to shows unless you request it. We will try to fit in requested ranges.
The maximum number of any figure pack we bring is now
6.

Show Orders
If you send us your show order
at least a week before the Show we will package it up
and bring it along. You get a 10% discount on the unchanged
order (no minimum size) when you collect it.
We no longer offer discounts to any Societies
but hope that you will advance order and see us at a convention sometime
during the year.
This
helps us and gives you a discount. We sometimes travel to two shows in the same
weekend with no chance to restock - on these occasions it would be very wise to
pre order your figures.
Members of any host club can assume a 20% discount on pre orders for their
own convention.
Promo code for orders to collect is iwc on the shopping cart. Stands for I Will Collect and this is the only instance in which it will be processed !!

PBI competitions are great fun. There are always people present who can teach you the rules or lend you an army. Competition games have plenty of umpire able folk about. People come from all over to play. At present the biggest established event is the Portbury Club's "Off to war". This is held twice a year in Bristol. It is very easy to get to. The Peter Pig HQ event is a weekend event held in Weymouth during August. The Bournemouth STAB club also put on a very good day. other competitions are held in Birmingham and other places.. US players can play PBI at Historicon 2007.
