RANGE 2 American Civil War |

Notes on Peter Pig 15mm ACW figures
Each of the figures in range 2 is designed to reward painting as well as making painting easy. In addition the figures are designed to be tough enough for most wargamers so that the figures will still be unbent after many years handling! This range probably contains all the troops you will need for fighting the battles of the ACW in 15mm. This range is always subject to revised and additional packs. |

Artillery 15mm ACW |
|||||
Artillery was of crucial importance to generals during the war. At close range the canister fire could slaughter attacking formations. The artillery would often deploy near to the enemy at great risk, in order to support the infantry. crew packs have 8 figures , constituted of two each of four poses. This allows for gun crews of 4 figures to a gun, with each pose being different. Crew sets are themed as either firing, walking or loading poses for better authenticity. The guns come two to a pack. The limber horses each have a small tab on the corner of their bases. Each horse tab should be as near as possible to the next horse. This will get the horses in the correct positions. Limber horse positions are very specific in real life. This means a horse with a tab on the front left hand corner will be in the rear of the four horses at the right. this will make the tab as near as possible to the other horses (video to follow soon). Two horse limbers are provided for gamers who need the limber to take up less table space. |

Generals 15mm ACW |
|||||
This is the newest section of the ACW range. These packs each feature a famous ACW general. Each pack will contain 3 mounted 1 piece castings. The first casting will be a mounted officer acting as an ADC to the named general, the second figure will be a mounted standard bearer. This figure will come with no standard, but the gamer can add a flag if he wishes in order to mark out the general's command status. Because these figures are sculpted to a 15mm size it is possible that a named general would pass easily as another general who had similar outfitting preferences(?). Hope you enjoy these new figure packs. THE DICE IN THE PICTURES ARE FOR SIZE COMPARISON. 16mm PP dice. |
